I put some aloe gel on and between her toes and put an infant sock on her foot. Checked it this morning and the toes are not as red and not as swollen. I rewrapped her foot after DH let her outside in the wet grass and will check it again later today. She's walking on it so that's a good sign. I do plan on taking her into the vet tomorrow no matter what her foot looks like. I figure, if it's red, it's an infection of some kind and I'd rather be safe than sorry. I'll post again on this thread when I find out more tomorrow. Thanks you all!!
