Looking for a good vet in Orange County, CA who specializes in mini or teacup breads. I have a 3 year old mini yorkie 5 lbs. I have heard this breed can't be anesthetized so I can't get her fixed, or have any kind of surgery. I have also been told that breeding is very dangerous.

Any ideas?
