Your pup is old enough for Frontline, but still check with your vet. You can use dish soap to get them off her right away, but without flea preventative they'll just jump back on. Keep puppy shampoo and conditioner too so her coat/skin doesn't get too dry.
If their bitting you you'll also need wash all bedding and stuff.
You can also get some Hot Shot flea spray, and use it in carpeted areas, then vacuum over.
