Follow up post to my original thread. Our Bahamas trip went very smoothly and Remy did very well on two plane rides and 1 boat ride.

For those who may require this information, the following documentation was needed:

1) Import permit applied for and received from Bahamas Dept of Agriculture (done well in advance of your departure)

2) Permit (AGR VS1) - the document you will receive back from Bahamian authorities when you apply as per note above in #1

3) AGR VS1 A - form completed by your vet here that you will receive with the permit

4) USDA Form 7001 (Does not have to be USDA certified)

I also took but did not need: Rabies certificate, Proof of Microchip, and his picture

Have two copies of everything

Since we traveled to the outer islands, I did not do the vet visit that is stipulated and there were no consequences. Not sure how this may be different if you are going to Grand Bahama, or other main islands.
