Thank you both so much. Katie really is such a happy little girl. She loves people of all ages, particularly children, loves to fetch endlessly with her ball or play tug of war, and she just exudes excitement, love, and happiness. Katie is just as happy being with the humans she loves. Although she loves performance sports, she is content to spend the day inside cuddled up next to her dad and me.
I cut Katie's hair two months ago. Her hair is pure silk, but she has a lot of it. It has helped her with the heat, and it's also so much easier for her to fetch her ball when it goes into the middle of the shrubbery. She is in and out of the pool, so drying off is much faster now that her hair is not down to the floor. My little stinker always seems to know when we are going to be going in soon, and she jumps in the pool when she realizes. It happens too many times to be a coincidence. Last year it meant we'd have to stay out a bit longer so that her hair would dry some. Now we only have to wat a few minutes with her short hair. |
