Default Can't see anything but they are swollen and red.

I spotted Princess Sophie licking one of her paws this morning and when I looked two of her toes are red and very swollen. It must be very painful. I can't see anything wrong except the redness and swelling but I'm thinking she either got bit by a mosquito or stung by a bee. She has been spending a lot of time outside lately with the cooler weather and just laying around in the grass with the warm sun on her back but now I'm worried.

I remembered the amount of benadryl that the vet said I could give her after she had her surgery when she was rubbing her head all around the carpet so I gave her some but I don't know what else I can do. Vet is closed till Monday and all I can think of is going to PetSmart tomorrow after church to get her a cone. I hate to do that to her but I think it might be best.

Does anyone else have any ideas about what this could be and how else I might ease her pain?? Thanks!
