How true, tonight we had big storms here, so no walk. I apologized and she just jumped up on the bed gave me a look, followed by a big sigh and then climbed back up to plant a huge slurper on my cheek, as if to say never mind dad it's not your fault. These little folk are so humanized its truly amazing. We both are struck by the way they become so much a part of your life and so quickly too.
