I agree, vet check. Could be a tooth way in the back, or it could be something gastro. I've had many fosters who still had bad breath after a dental. So could be coming from the tummy, etc.
As for the sprays, we use Petzlife spray, but most don't like the spray. The gel may be easier to use. I don't use every day like I should but it does seem to work.
