oh but they DO exist! just usually accompanied by a teapot, tea leaves, and hot water.

i suppose it's easier for people to say "oh you have a teacup yorkie" as opposed "oh you have a yorkie that is diminutive in size". it exhibits either verbal laziness and/or ignorance. for the average folk, i'd be annoyed but not shocked. but from an animal care expert like a vet??? i would have expected more.
