I just walked In the door to try to get a couple of hours sleep, but I had to write through sobbing, how very much all my YT family prayers me and how deeply I appreciate you all.
pat is still on the ventilator, at this point they don't want to pull it because he isn't responding to commands. They want him to rest and give his brain time to heal.
Positive news!! Today they took him down for a CT scan and they didn't have to bag him, he breathed on his own the entire time! I'm typing and sob king at the same time, so overjoyed. All limbs are now responding to stimulation and/or pain. His sedation is backed off every hour and he is checked, tonight was the first he has actually yanked his right side.
I will try to post again, but not sure when I can. Lila will post with news as changes come. Please keep the prayers coming.
