A back yard breeder is not something you should suggest people buy from. Back yard breeders are as bad as puppy mills they do not care about the health of the dogs and do not follow what is best for these dogs and they end up with yorkies who don't look like yorkies and who are sick. Of course some people get lucky and have healthy pups turn into healthy dogs but these breeders are not doing it right and are not doing what is best for our breed that we all love so much. Please do not buy from a back yard breeder it supports bad breeding.
