Please take the time to watch this rather long video before making a comment about breeding purebred dogs. Since all our purebred dogs in this country got its start overseas, many came with the defected genes that this video talks about. People who choose to breed for health over the look of the show ring standard will correct this unjust that has been done to todays purebreds, while still breeding for the look of a revised standard .
