Why would anyone name their business "snob dog"?!

Sounds like to me they order from the manufacturer only after they sell something. That would explain why it takes so long to get your items. Which is fine IF they are upfront with the customer and let them know the reason. But to make up excuse after lame excuse is not acceptable. What's the point of even having a business if you're not going to take care of your customers? Perhaps they have this as a side business to lose money on for tax reasons?
