There are a TON of mills in Pa. Please be careful.
I also agree that you're better off waiting & saving for the RIGHT breeder & puppy. That's what I did. It took really only a few months of saving - but it's so worth it!
Lucy is healthy as an Ox. I'm glad I waited until I was ready and able to adopt her!
