The only alternative that I can see, which is in that pups best interest, is to see if you can surrender him to a rescue and they provide the medical care this baby needs to survive. It is unfortunate that you are not able to provide financially to get this taken care of....so you have to do the next best thing and surrender him to someone that can provide the care he needs....he deserves that.....it breaks our hearts to do what we have to do to care for our loyal and faithful companions, but it has to be done. What about his breeder...have you cntacted the breeder??? Sje should be willing to step up to the plate here and take that baby and provide what medical care is needed, rather than just sit and watch that baby die.
