Welcome to YT! Sorry you're experiencing this w/your baby. They can lose their balance from having an ear infection, making them fall over to the side or walk wobbly. Liver issues also makes them act drunk or fall over. Neurological problems can make them do that too. There's many reasons why they can fall over, so a vet visit &/or getting referred to a specialist is a must to find out why. Hope it's nothing serious & hope she'll be ok! Please keep us posted.

My Momo had a very bad ear infection when he was a puppy & his ear hung down from his head, it was lower than the other ear. It made him lose his balance & topple over to his side. A quick visit to the vet remedied the situation...hope this is the case for your baby.
