Our first vet wasn't warm and fuzzy either. Poor Max was such a good pup enduring vaccinations, Bordetella up the nose, and nail clipping . . . then the vet proceeded to do a Cesar Milan dominance move on him to demonstrate how I should train him to know who is boss.

I'm glad Max was not permanently ruined for vet visits by this incident.
Our second vet, the receptionist hurt my feelings with a comment about Max's ears, but I ended up liking the doctor and techs so much that I ignored the receptionist.
Some people say and do dumb things.
