I get that about Barney all the time and he only weighs 4.5 pounds, but he is tall. One lady was going on and on about her friend who bought a teacup and the mom only weighed 3 pounds and dad weighed 2 pounds and the puppy was going to be tiny. Eyes roll now. I tried to educate her, but it didn't work. Our first yorkie weighed 15 pounds. So a 7 or 8 pounder seemed tiny to us. Smile politely and suggest they buy the book Yorkshire Terriers for Dummies.
