I totally would get a 2nd opinion. The bloodwork shows possible gall bladder involvement, which can throw liver values way out of whack. Fairly easy fix with medication, but you may have to spend some money (<1K) on diagnostics with a specialist. I do also recommend getting Care Credit. I'd also check for pancreatitis. Yorkies are also prone to having Bile Duct issues, which tend to look like Liver Shunt, but not a shunt at all. Worth investigating.
