This absolutely breaks my heart....is there anyone in her family, that she can borrow money from, to give her baby the medical care she needs? I hope, if she sees or has no other way, she will contact a poodle rescue group that may be able to take possession of the baby and give it the medical care needed, rather than euthanasia.
