Oh dear I am so very sorry for your pain. But he is fighting without medical support... how fair a fight is that? Do you at least have pain killers for him?
I am so very sorry you and your beloved dog are in this place.
I will say this, you have made a decision based on food and water refusal. I also hope that you can look into your dog eyes and know that enough is enough, they are asking you to let them go, irrespective of food and water intake.
This such a very sad situation. And again I am so sorry your dog and his family are going through this.
