First off a good breeder doesn't give breeding rights out easily they have to know you and your program and so on they would never just give them to some one who is willing to pay a little more money because a reputable breeder has worked hard for there lines. Second go ahead a d use the word teacup to an actual reputable breeder or a show breeder and they will think you are uneducated and I have heard many say on the phone they will just hang up on you. Your new so take a look around here there is a lot to learn.
