Hi! Welcome to YT! I see your baby is 15 wks. Yorkies can be very stubborn & they take longer to potty train then alot of dogs. My male took until he was 6 months to be about 95% potty trained. It takes alot of patience & taking them outside ALOT!
They are very worth it though! And your dog is probably barking alot in its pen because it knows you are home & wants to be with you. How long would you say that you keep your dog in its pen in a 24 hr period? Also they have things that go around the wee pad to keep it down & that would probably prevent your dog from shredding it. It looks like a frame. You can probably order it online at petsmart or some place like that. Good luck with your baby!
