I don't know how many ortho surgeons you have in your area, but I don't think most regular vets do luxating patella surgery. I know that our vet said we'd have to have a surgeon do it. He told us the surgeon he works with charges around $2000 per leg. Good luck. I hope you can save this poor little puppy!
