Default Luxating Patella

I have an 11 week old Yorkie. I got her from a bad breeder. I knew the lady and how she breeds her animals. The thing is, I was contacted by her and she wanted me to just take the puppy because she couldn't be "sold". I wasn't really sure what was wrong at the time or how severe it was, but I knew the puppy would be put down if I didn't take her home. I found out very soon that she had a Luxating Patella. Which is a locking or sliding knee. This didn't really seem like that big of a deal at first, but now she seems to be in pain and wont walk on it. I am hoping that I won't have to surrender her to a rescue because I love her sooo much. I just want to find help in getting her medical care. I can pay some, I just can't pay all of it. From what the vet is saying, it can be very costly. I just don't know what to do. PLEASE....any advice would be greatly appreciated!
