I can't even imagine what you must be feeling right now, let alone your sweet little one. I hope you were able to address the issue with the owner of the dog that nearly took her head off. BELIEVE me there would be some words exchanged. Not that it might even do any good other than to express yourself to them. I hope they at least paid for her vet bill.
Your precious one along with yourself will be in my prayers tonight. I don't know about some people but I am a firm believer in prayer and I do pray for my sweet little girl.
