Well, I just have to get this off my chest. My boyfriend and are officially "overprotective puppy parents". The other day we noticed that when our little Benji sneezed that it was a little bloody. We were so worried about him that we started making up and thinking of the worst scenarios possible. We were fearful of bringing him to the vet because we already went to the vet on Monday and have had to administer a number of ear drops and medication (we are trying to isolate either ear mites or a food allergy as well as break his habit of eating his poop). We have only had the little guy for about 4 weeks now and have seen the vet four times. Well, everything seems to be okay. The vet said that he may have reverse sneezing and gave us some additional meds but we are not going to use them until his other ones are done (I don't want to overload him with medication). He is playful and extremely happy. He follows us everywhere and everything seems to be okay. I just feel like a dufus for being so worried. Hey, can you blame me? He's our first puppy.
