Thank you everyone for your concern, the Vet called back they are going to keep her overnight. Still not sure what's going on but they are leaning towards Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis (HGE). They said they will be getting bloodwork back either tonight or tomorrow. Good thing is she has been on anti-biotics and they have an IV in her so at least she is re-hydrating. Should know more tomorrow, the Vet said they are going to try to feed her some bland food and see what happens. Thank you again for the prayers, so sad walking in the front door minus the greeting and little feet tapping on the pergo floor.
