Thank you so much, Judy. That really warmed my heart. I love working with all of my students, but I've developed a reputation to be the one to teach the kids most difficult to reach and the more quirky kids and also for my work with students with Autism or Aspergers. I just love them so much, and they truly touch my heart. There are so many changes in education, ones that make me very unhappy because they hurt kids. Yet every time something gets me down, I am reminded why I still absolutely love my job. The kids just inspire me, and when I close my door, I come alive with them. What you wrote means so much to me.
