Default Vomiting blood and what appears to be coffee grinds

I'm new to this site/forums
My Dog Lola (4 years old) has been acting differently over the past 2 weeks. Not eating very much if any. Yesterday morning she threw up what appears to be coffee grinds and then this morning she threw up all blood. We took her into the vet ER this morning and they admitted her. I thought it was that parvovirus but she's been vaccinated and her shots are up to date, but her symptoms are very similar? The Vet said they would be running tests and would be keeping her at least 24 hours if not more to get an IV in her to take care of her dehydration and do some x-rays and blood work and administer some Anti-biotics. Up until about a week ago she's been perfectly fine and healthy. I'm really worried it may be a bleeding ulcer or hemo gastroenteritis? Has anyone experienced this in their dogs? She's just like another child in our family.
Thanks in advance, Craig
