I would make sure that when you went for her check up tomorrow that you speak to your vet about what is best for your baby in order to have a safe delivery. For sure she needs an x-ray. Most are done between 6-7 weeks. An x-ray is your only way to determine how many pup there are as well as if they will be small enough to pass through the birth canal successfully. Your vet can determine whether she may need a C-section and if you ask me, it may just be the safest thing for her at this point.
