Default HELP with my 5lb pregnant Yorkie. Large litter?

Hally is my 5lb Yorkie. My mother in law bought her for me as a wedding gift. She is 2 years old. I bred her with my MIL's 3lb yorkie the first time and Hally had 2 beautiful puppies. My MIL helped educate me and was my breeding mentor. She has bred yorkies for 20 years. Her stud sadly passed away. So I had to find another stud for this breeding. He is a handsome 4lb yorkie. I brought Hally to him 1 time and couldnt make it to go any other days because my sister got into a terrible car accident. I was unsure if she would be pregnant at all. On day 30 I brought her to the vet to be palpated and he confirmed pregnancy. She is now 37 days pregnant and her belly is as big as it was full term with her last litter. She didnt even show last time till 7 weeks. She is only 5 weeks and is big. Could this mean a large litter? Do larger litters usually require a csection? I plan on bringing her to the vet tomorrow for a check up.
