The first sentence on her site speaks for itself:
"My name is Lora Childers, and as a designer hybrid dog breeder it has always been a dream of mine to create an Angel Doll- a tiny toy dog that looks and plays like a permanent puppy!" 
She mixes Maltese, Lhasa Apso, Yorkies & Chihuahuas...and says they're registered? Where?? And she sends them home at 9 weeks!
How sad. I doubt that "she" is even doing the actual breeding.
I'd rather go to my local shelter, save myself the $1500 & the life of a pup who really needs a home.
