Have you discussed hypoglycemia with your vet? Small dogs are prone to this and often times a bit of NUTRA CAL which comes in a tube, will help. You haven't mentioned if you have tried this yet. Its called hypoglycemia. There are many threads here. I don't know if that's the problem but I would try it out just in case. Also like Yorkiemom1 said DO NOT LET THIS WAIT, if this pup doesn't improve with Nutracal get to a specialist...immediately
