Welcome to YT! There is no reliable way to guarantee / predict an adult weight. You can look at the chart and the weights of parents and grandparents, and that can provide a bit of guidance, but no guarantee. Another rule of thumb (also which is not accurate) is to triple the 8wk weight and double the 12wk weight. If you use that, it looks like your kiddo would be btwn 3-4 lbs.
