Thank you everyone. I actually did find my camera (for some reason I threw it in the "junk drawer" in the kitchen). I will get pictures of her today - we need to go buy batteries first. I'll be sure to get some of these little twist clumps in the pictures too. I brushed her around 6-something this morning (when she woke up) and already - only 5(ish) hours later she already has them forming again.
With regard to clothing - nothing fits her yet so no, she's not wearing any clothes when this happens. The XXS is too big.
I really don't want to cut her hair.
Even though she is a Yorkie Mix - the groomer and the vet think she will have a coat like a Yorkie. I have no clue what she's mixed with (didn't get DNA done yet).
Thank you for the compliment on Bella, Maximo. That one was taken 2 months ago, and I caught her with bed head as she was just waking up...she'd just finished her yawn/stretch routine when I snapped it.
I've also received some PMs from a couple members with suggestions on types of brushes to use, and have ordered 2. I don't see much of a difference between them and the pin brush I already have (that doesn't work) but perhaps the pins are closer together or something, in these ones.
