wow. "people should have a right to kill their dogs". I am completely baffled by this statement! And you know what...I used to be one of the ones who thought it was okay to leave the dog in the car for a QUICK (and I mean no more than 10 mints) run into a convenience store for something but since having Miley my views on that have COMPLETELY changed. I wouldn't leave her in the car for even 30 seconds alone and/or with the car off! Unless Miley can go with me where I'm going, she stays home. This lady left her dog in the car for an HOUR?! thats unheard of!!
