You are so right. I walked the entire perimeter of my yard twice and there is no other way in the world he could get out. I know he didn't climb that Cox fence - he's just not strong enough to hold his sturdy body onto Cox fence and make it up AND OVER the top. And then of course I stood on the other side of the fence and lured him through that 3" opening and out he came. Took a little squeezing but it didn't really take him that long to zip right through. He just mashed himself through it. Amazed me! I would have bet money he couldn't have gotten through that space. Now that's been fixed and he can't do that again and I watch him when he's out now that I know what an escape artist he is.
