Once you have your pics on your computer you need to resize them using either MS Paint or a program online, I use ImageShack

Once you resize your pic, save it to your computer and go to your thread and go to "Additional Option" and "Manage Attachments" from there you can upload your pictures as thumbnails for all to see.
If this doesn't make sense please feel free to PM me and I will try to walk you through it better.
