I know not everyone regards pets as family, but I was shocked to read this comment and to see 15 "likes" for it: Attachment 389414 |
Until they come up with an "unlike" button some people will choose the "like" button in an attempt to show their support against it ~ maybe that is what the 15 likes were about? I cannot imagine that any living being is happy about an unnecessary death, but that is just my opinion.
On a completely different note, I had an experience with someone at a Walgreens about a year ago. Since they would not let me bring her in the store, I left Hazel in the car. I parked in the shade, left my sunroof tilted and the back windows down about an inch. It had been raining and it was in the low 80's that day. I went in to get one item and was back within 10 minutes to find another customer next to my car calling the police. Needless to say I was quite upset, but did understand the concern. I opened the car and it was actually cooler inside because I had been running the AC ~ that cooled the concerned customer off.
