Occasional diarrhea the first week after delivering pups is common. Most of the time it will clear up on its own. You can give her a couple of spoons full of pure canned pumpkin with a tiny bit of corn syrup mixed in.
If the diarrhea persists then I really advise you take her to the vet to get her stool checked. Coccidia outbreaks are fairly common in some females after they have had pups. Coccidia has to be treated with albon and coccidia can also be passed to the puppies.
