I agree. Cage dryers are a very scary thing for the dogs to be in too! And the dog that was injured in one was literally being cooked alive! Change groomers immediately! Unless you or your assistant stays with your dog there the entire time, there is no way to truly believe them that they are 100% never ever going to use it again on your dog.
Or just groom yourself. It's not that hard. I do all mine myself. Or hire a mobile groomer to come to you so you can watch.
