Awesome...thanks for all the info. Like I said, I'm a dummy when it comes to this quilting stuff but admire those who do it.
My grandma was a quilter as well as dang near every other craft you can think of. She used to make some really unusual "art" from beer cans, she crafted really intricate scenes into ostrich eggs & decorated the outside with elaborate details and so many other things that I'm just now remembering (so thank you for the fantastic remembrances
). She was
always working on some kind of project whenever I'd visit as a child.
