Gypsy is about 10-11 weeks old and she does the same thing. She'll move from her blanket, to the floor, and then she'll actually move to her pee pad, and then back to her blanket, and back to the floor. Eventually she'll shove the blanket out of the way and lay on the floor. She likes to sleep with her face on the side of her water bowl, so I took it out of her den completely while she's napping and at night. I was so frightened she'd be half awake and stick her head in the water while moving and drown.
In any case yep - it's normal. Bella did it when she was a puppy, too. Now that she is older and sleeps with us she just digs in the blankets until she tuckers herself out and then she pretty much sleeps in 1 spot. |
