Maybe her first weight of 2.6 was a bit off. One of mine weighed 4.2 at 12 weeks...another weighs 3.0 at 23 wks. They all grow at different rates & go through growth spurts at different times. I woudn't limit your pup's food at this age. They eat more when they're puppies than when they're adults. They need those nutrients to grow up strong & healthy. Good luck!!
