I had a buyer that bought a baby with a "slight heart murmur" and she was so distraught about it...but, bless her heart, she trusted me completely, and she believed me about the murmur resolving, and it did and she was ecstatic, because she too, had fallen in love with the little girl! I think you should keep the little girl, see what the check up on the 29th shows, chances are excellent it has closed because they did not hear it at 8 weeks yesterday, and go from there. It does not go away then come back and then go away again....once you no longer hear it, it has resolved....like I said, it is very common for toy breed puppies to have slight murmurs.....
Yorkie Mom1 gives very good advice. But please pay attention to the bolded area.

I do concur with this breeder does seem very honest and wanting to do the best action for her puppy and future potential owner. Not many do this.

Heart murmurs can be a bit iffy in young pups. Especially at Grade1 or so.
That means they can clear up as they age; but sometimes maybe not.

I urge you to wait to make a final commitment until after the end of the month appointment with the breeders vet.
