My pup is 10 weeks old. She has been with us for about a month now and is doing great. But I just have some questions about her weight. We took her to the vet because she was eating last week, and she weight 2.6 lbs. then we took her for her 2nd shots this Monday and they said she weighted 3.5lbs. I didnt think their was a way she gained a lb in one week so I weight her at home and she does weight 3.5. Is this normal for a yorkie to weight so much at this age? I googled this and it seems like she is really big for her age. We are feeding her Royal Canin and giving her 2/3 a cup of food a day. Also her hair is a lot longer and fluffier than pictures I see on the Internet of a yorkie that young. I will try to post pictures if her shortly if I can get her to sit still.
