Sounds like you have actually managed to stumble on a great breeder! Honesty and integrity go a very long way when you are dealing with a breeder and the future of that baby. Heart murmurs are common in small breed puppies, and regularly resolve themselves as the baby ages. I had a buyer that bought a baby with a "slight heart murmur" and she was so distraught about it...but, bless her heart, she trusted me completely, and she believed me about the murmur resolving, and it did and she was ecstatic, because she too, had fallen in love with the little girl! I think you should keep the little girl, see what the check up on the 29th shows, chances are excellent it has closed because they did not hear it at 8 weeks yesterday, and go from there. It does not go away then come back and then go away again....once you no longer hear it, it has resolved....like I said, it is very common for toy breed puppies to have slight murmurs.....
