And I agree with you, I don't find humping an acceptable behavior at all. I know some fin it funny and allow their dogs to do it. Well it's not allowed in my house. I nipped that in the bud years ago when Kaji tried to hump my roomate's dog. When a no, and clapping to distract wasn't working anymore, physically removing the offender did. (Sometime it was Kaji humping, sometime it was my roomie's dog) while I understand it's all part of doggy talk, I don't like it or allow it.


Starlette it is obvious, by your detailed post how serious a situation this is for you. I really hope that one of these solutions really works. Please keep us posted, and vent as needed it is obvious that this is quite the problem and very frustrating for you.

I want to add that maybe putting PJ's on both will calm the situation as well...I always call them straight jackets! Your tenacity in finding a solution is admirable.
