Yes, get 2 things done @ once & not have to go under again to get their retained baby teeth extracted is worth the xtra expense & not that expensive in the long run.
I'm not sure if ASPCA does blood testing b4 the surgery? I think it's important to get this done so the vet knows how everything is functioning & your baby will be ok w/anesthesia or not.
